I started Amabel because I know what it feels like to work hard and still feel like homeownership is out of reach.

As a first-generation immigrant, I had to build everything from the ground up without a support system nearby. Along the way, I realized that many people share the same frustrations: housing feels increasingly difficult, options seem limited, and too many voices go unheard.

​That's why I created Amabel.

Before better solutions can exist, people need to be heard.

By understanding the real challenges families face—from affordability and down payments to credit and uncertainty—we can uncover what communities actually need.

At the same time, I believe homeownership should be accessible through more than one path. Whether that's rent-to-own opportunities, low down payment programs, seller financing, or other creative solutions, people deserve options.

Amabel exists to listen, learn, and help create better pathways to homeownership.
